Most of the chapters were originally part of a series in a Norweigen journal and represent a range of topics addressed by leading experts on CBT for psychosis. It needs to be on the desk of any therapist trying to learn CBTP.

This is an excellent book to gain an in depth understanding of psychosis and CBT for psychosis. I highly recommend this book to all healthcare professionals that want to have a greater understanding of psychosis and/or will be treating psychosis or psychotic-related disorders with CBT.

Daria Berg is Associate Professor of Chinese Studies at the University of Nottingham. She has published extensively on Ming/Qing and post-Mao Chinese cultural history and literature, including Carnival in China: A Reading of the Xingshi yinyuan zhuan (2002). She recently edited Reading China: Fiction, History and the Dynamics of Discourse. Essays in Honour of Professor Glen Dudbridge (2007).

Chloë Starr is a Departmental Lecturer in Classical Chinese at the University of Oxford. She works on text and narrative: her most recent publication is Red-light Novels of the Late Qing (2007) and she is currently editing a volume on Chinese biblical hermeneutics.

The movement is characterized by films that feature a black hero or heroine, black supporting characters, a predominately black urban setting, a display of black sexuality, excessive violence, and a contemporary rhythm and blues soundtrack. Blaxploitation films were made across varying genres, but the questionable elements of some of the pictures caused them to be referred to as "blaxploitation" films with little or no regard given to their generic categorization. This book examines how Cotton Comes to Harlem (1970), Blacula (1972), The Mack (1973), and Cleopatra Jones (1973) can be classified within the detective, horror, gangster, and cop action genres, respectively, and illustrates the manner in which the inclusion of "blackness" represents a significant revision to the aforementioned genres.

Walter S. DeKeseredy is Professor of Criminology, Justice and Policy Studies at the Ontario University Institute of Technology, Canada. He is the author or co-author of 13 books on topics such as abuse of women, crime and poverty in public housing, and women in conflict with the law, and has also written over 70 scientific journal articles. Dr. DeKeseredy has received awards for his research from the American Society of Criminology’s Division on Critical Criminology and Division on Women and Crime, as well as the Linda Saltzman Memorial Intimate Violence Researcher Award from the Institute on Violence, Abuse and Trauma.
